Thrustmaster will take over as the new title sponsor of the iRacing World of Outlaws Thrustmaster Sprint Car Series for the 2023-24 season, when iRacing’s premier sprint car championship returns for another 10-race campaign over the winter. Qualifying for the new season will take place from September 25 to October 30, while the $25,000 Pro Series will begin on November 13 and end on January 29.
The 2022-23 series season went down to the wire last January, when Tyler Schell claimed the championship over multi-time series champion Alex Bergeron by just eight points with a win in The Dirt Track finale in Charlotte. They are expected to be among the riders returning to action this year; everyone else will have a six-week Qualifying Series to earn their spot in the big show.
The 2023-24 iRacing World of Outlaws Thrustmaster Sprint Car Qualifying Series schedule is as follows:
- September 25: The Dirt Track in Charlotte
- October 2: Kokomo Speedway
- October 9: Port Royal Speedway
- October 16: Lincoln Speedway
- October 23: Williams Grove Speedway
- October 30: Volusia Speedway Park
